The Project is committed to transforming the management of Logistics services. The primary goal of the team is to improve the Supply Chain Management and alignment of logistics services with customers needs and providing management with corporate insight to all Logistic service operations. To meet this purpose, the customer manages the development, implementation, and the support of enterprise tools for Logistics. The Team is seeing a Java web application developer to provide support for the design, creation, development and maintaining forms, business logic and database structures for a Java web application. The developer must also design, create and maintain interfaces with external systems using multiple interface technologies. The developer will discuss complex technical issues with other developers, and create written proposals and descriptions of functionality for IT management staff. The Program seeks programmatic assistance from individuals who are creative, team players, who have demonstrated experience supporting high quality IT products. The team utilizes the PM Framework and Agile methodology.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
Must have a TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope polygraph
16 years of experience
At least 10 years of experience designing and building N-tier Java web applications.
Demonstrated experience developing complex web based software applications applying capabilities such as, but not limited to, Java and xml development, authoring JavaScript, creating data interfaces, and employing application frameworks such as Spring, Struts, and/or JSF
Demonstrated experience with analyzing and scoping the impact and required development LOE of new projects, Discrepancy Reports (DRs) and Request for changes (RFCs), and documenting this analysis and scoping as needed
Demonstrated experience performing comprehensive unit testing of software modules via standard code and web application testing tools
Demonstrated experience developing user interfaces using JavaScript through leveraging of standard GUI frameworks such as EXT JS, DOJO, YUI, etc.
Demonstrated experience analyzing and/or developing designs for assigned software modules in accordance with contemporary best practices of object-oriented design to include, but not limited to, UML diagrams, design patterns, and third-party software tools.
Demonstrated experience working with relational database technologies and database mapping tools, SQL, HQL, DML
Demonstrated experience performing operations and maintenance work that involves activities such as troubleshooting servers and environments, resolving user issues, and performing software application maintenance.
Demonstrated experience utilizing communication skills both verbal and written
Demonstrated experience with multiple software development methodologies, including waterfall, incremental and/or agile.
OPTIONAL SKILLS
Demonstrated experience with Oracle PL/SQL development
Demonstrated experience with J-Query
Demonstrated experience with Mobile application development
Demonstrated experience with web applications hosted in the cloud
Demonstrated experience with automated web testing tools (Selenium)

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
