Job Description ENSCO, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Electrical Engineer to work in our Sensors group. Tasking may include circuit card design, lab testing of electronics, soldering/rework of prototype and production electronics, field work, embedded firmware development, and test software development. Qualifications Required (Skills) BS degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical and Computer Engineering or equivalent 5 years' experience in a related field with the following skills:
Experience using Printed Circuit Board (PCB) design tools such as Altium Designer, or equivalent Experience using circuit simulation tools such as LTSpice for sensor signal conditioning Understanding of sensor system architectures and various sensor phenomenologies Experience with embedded software development for control or digital signal processing Experience with basic lab and electronic test equipment (oscilloscopes, power supplies, etc) Experience with basic assembly/rework stations (soldering iron, mechanical assembly) Experience with product ownership:
having the responsibility, authority, and accountability to ensure on-time deliveries of products and services that meet technical requirements AN ACTIVE SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION MUST HAVE THE ABILITY TO OBTAIN AND MAINTAIN A TS/SCI SECURITY CLEARANCE, FOR WHICH YOU MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN. YOU WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION IF YOU DO NOT MEET THIS REQUIREMENT Qualifications Desired Active and current TS/SCI security clearance MS Degree in Electrical Engineer or Electrical and Computer Engineering Experience with LabVIEW and other test software development tools Experience designing low size, weight, and power (SWAP) digital and analog circuits Experience with STMicro family of microcontroller devices and associated Middleware Experience with RF system and circuit design Experience with FPGA/System-on-chip development (coding, simulation, synthesis, place and route) Experience with COTS Software Defined Radio (SDR) development and I/Q sampling/processing Experience leading small teams Electronics development hobbyist Experience with 3D modeling and 3D printing of basic mechanical enclosures for electronics prototypes
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
