Job Description ENSCO, Inc. is seeking an experienced, forward-thinking Sr. Technical Program Manager to lead a team of talented scientists and engineers in the design, development, testing and troubleshooting of custom sensor solutions for a highly valued customer. A successful candidate must have excellent decision-making skills, the ability to form and communicate innovative solutions to customers and teammates, and enjoy working as part of a team. The successful candidate must have a proven track record of technical project management, strong leadership abilities and proven business development experience. ENSCO's National Security Solutions (NSS) Division provides innovative customized products and services vital to national safety and security. A primary focus area is the development of sensor systems for multipurpose electromagnetic signal collection, processing, and analysis. Qualifications Required (Skills) Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as Electrical, RFor Computer Engineering, or Geophysics; or equivalent. Minimum 10 years of direct and demonstrated experience in scientific systems design or application, to include a minimum 5 years of direct and demonstrated Project Management experience. A self-starter with excellent oral and written communication skills. Capable of leading a team of engineers and scientists. Experience in writing U.S. Government proposals. Experience in business development activities within the Customer's space. Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, Power Point. Ability to interface with all levels of internal management as well as program sponsors and sub-contractors. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification A CURRENT AND ACTIVE TS/SCI SECURITY CLEARANCE FOR WHICH YOU MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN. IF YOU DO NOT MEET THIS REQUIREMENT, YOU WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. Qualifications Desired MS/PhD degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline; or equivalent. Demonstrated experience in Earned Value Analysis of projects
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Technical Project Management, Program ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
