Automotive Financial Services is a top performing Finance and Insurance products agency.
For over 20 years the team has built partnerships with hundreds of auto dealers in PA, NJ, DE, MD and VA, representing some of the auto industry's finest product providers.
Although traditionally focused on point-of-sale F&I products, AFS is now engaged in helping dealer partners create and manage Aftermarket Sales departments.
Several of our dealer partners in the DC metro area have asked us to recruit and train Aftermarket Product Sales and Customer Relations Managers.
Aftermarket products options are typically presented to every customer once the vehicle sale is made and before the customer meets with F&I.
Aftermarket/Customer Relations Managers are typically responsible for ensuring the complete satisfaction of every customer and the fulfillment and/or installation of products after-the-point-of-sale.
There are positions open in Springfield, VA, Woodbridge, VA, Alexandria, VA, Rockville, MD and Waldorf, MD.
We are looking for candidates who will work for our dealer partners.
WE OFFER A FULL TRAINING CURRICULUM AND AFTERMARKET SALES CERTIFICATION.
REQUIREMENTS:
BDC, Sales, Accounting, Insurance or F&I dealership experience is a plus, but not required.
Excellent Customer Service skills Excellent communication skills An genuine interest in selling and sales strategy Willingness to learn An entrepreneurial spirit and a team player mindset
