, a premiere provider of Residential Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care is seeking a Director of Marketing and Community Relations Springfield VA! The Community Relations/Director of Sales is responsible for all sales and census development for their community.

This position provides a high level of customer service to residents, team members and professionals.

This position is responsible for planning and directing marketing functions to maintain budgeted occupancy for the community.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree Minimum 3 years' experience in Sales with an understanding of Marketing Prior sales experience in the senior living industry is strongly preferred.
Senior living experience a plus.
Ability to communicate in a clear and effective manner, foster relationships and superior organizational skills.
