Job Summary The Service Advisor is responsible for providing outstanding customer service and ensuring a positive customer experience by answering phone calls, responding to emails, scheduling service appointments, and taking orders via phone or online.
The Service Advisor will be responsible for managing the customer base through sales and service of quality products and services.
Job Responsibilities Manage customer base via sales and service of quality products and services.
Answer all incoming phone calls.
Respond to customer emails in a timely manner.
Maintain customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.
Ensure that all customers receive the highest standards of service and that customers are satisfied with the outcome of their dealings with the company.
Maintain an accurate inventory of all current stock, parts, and equipment; coordinate with other departments to ensure that inventory levels are maintained within department guidelines.
Develop relationships with existing and potential customers through outstanding customer service.
Develop sales strategies through outbound marketing efforts.
Keep accurate records of sales activity via CRM system.
Maintain an organized inventory of parts & equipment; coordinate with other departments to ensure that inventory levels are kept within department guidelines.
Manage outbound sales efforts by contacting potential customers; answering any questions they have about our products and services; helping them find the right products for their needs; scheduling appointments for our technicians to explain the process in detail (targeted for 90% of our appointments).
Provide technical support by explaining technical processes and processes related to the product or service being sold; performing technical tasks such as diagnosing problems, performing repairs, maintenance, troubleshooting electronic devices, computers, network equipment and related equipment; performing on-the-job training as needed.
Maintain an accurate inventory of all current stock, parts, and equipment; coordinate with other departments to ensure that inventory levels are maintained within department guidelines.
Ensure compliance with all legal requirements regarding security of assets at locations around the world.
