Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Tasker Manager to join our team! In this role you will support a high-speed, operationally-focused customer at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency's (NGA) Source Operations group (SX) by assigning and tracking all external and internal taskers in accordance with Source and NGA Guidance; coordinating with subject-matter experts within SX to provide coherent and comprehensive tasker responses; updating tasker tracker systems (including the N-CERTS system) and Source points of contact; directly engaging with SX senior management on tasker statuses and resolution; and assisting with the SX awards program as necessary.
What You'll Be Doing :

Performing tracking and management of internal and external taskers.

Generating and updating spreadsheets/SharePoint and N-CERTS database, tracking deliverables, and ensuring all appropriate forms adhere to NGA, Source, and SX guidance and policy.

Reviewing tasker submissions for clarity, ensuring proper formatting, and acquiring SX leadership signatures and approval.

Coordinating with the subject-matter experts within SX to adhere to strict deadlines.

Engaging with and updating the Source tasker team on tasker statuses.

Assist with the SX awards program as necessary as an alternate duty.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Bachelor's degree
DoD TS/SCI clearance (with the ability to obtain a CI polygraph).

Ability to succeed in a high-speed, high operational-tempo environment.

Experience communicating both orally and in writing with senior government executives.

Demonstrated experience working with the Microsoft Office suite (including SharePoint) to track deadlines and other information.

Demonstrated experience with an awards program.

Demonstrated experience in performing research, providing input in the preparation of analytical/technical reports, publications, graphics, and maintaining hard/soft copy files.

Demonstrated experience in creating and maintaining databases, summary data, spreadsheets, graphic documents, and Intelink web sites What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

Familiarity with the NGA N-CERTS tasker tracker system to track and manage taskers, consolidate input across various offices, and edit/update inputs as needed.
Minimum Clearance Required to Start:
