Cost Analyst
We are looking for a Cost Analyst to join the team immediately.
This person will be supporting the PM and construction divisions with understanding cost variance and root cause for variance for a portfolio of projects averaging $250M per year.
You will who will be responsible for will measure and track current performance, and support project scheduling, cost tracking, & resource planning.
Responsibilities include:
- Develops timely, accurate, in-depth analysis and provides support to project management in cost, schedule, variance analysis, and produces a variety of management reportsEnsures data quality and data integrity from multiple systems, and work with Project Managers to achieve improved information in systems and reports when identified.
Prepares analyses and presentations to support recommendations to all levels of the organizationBachelors degree Business, Data Science, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Statistics or other relatable quantitative field preferred3
Years related experience in cost analysis - in a project / program settingProficiency using Excel and manipulating/cleaning data Recommended Skills Construction Cost Benefit Analysis Data Quality Data Science Economy Engineering Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
