Job Description:
Basic
Qualifications:
Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
Must undergo a CI Polygraph Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience within related field.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited too:
Provide positive, well-communicated response and closure of all customer inquiries.
Direct all incoming documentation to the appropriate person or database within 2 business days of receipt.
Deliver priority messages based on urgency.
Capture details of all actions in shared log or within the appropriate PeopleSoft security modules.
Return all phone messages within one business day of receipt.
Coordinate customer support activities across all Personnel Security Branches as customer inquiries are received to deliver the applicable answers.
Create and deliver reports and applicable procedure updates on or before the suspense date and with 100 percent accuracy when requested by Division Chief.

Salary Range:
$68,400.
00 - $119,700.
