Senior Stakeholder Engagement Specialist-(Local Candidates) with Security Clearance
Description TechOp Solutions, a leading provider of innovative solutions to the Federal, state, and local agencies is looking for a Senior Stakeholder Engagement Specialist to join our team! This position requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with people of different backgrounds and interface will individuals at varying levels of leadership throughout government and private sector domainsCandidates should have familiarity and experience working with IT projects and programsStakeholder Engagement responsibilities include:
o Communicating effectively to ensure stakeholders are kept informedo Building relationships with stakeholders based on trust and mutual respecto Managing stakeholder expectations through consultation and negotiationo Understanding the full range of features and products to inform stakeholderso Developing outreach approaches to reach stakeholders within and across the homeland security environment Requirements Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years of experience leading teams and identifying stakeholders' business needs or a MA/MS degreeSkills:
o Proficient in communication, change management and mobilizing and engaging stakeholders.
o Extensive experience coordinating internal communications and tasks with stakeholders.
o Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to translate technical requirements into common, practical language.
o Strong presentation and demonstration skills to promote the adoption of new tools.
o Must be able to engage audiences across remote environments.
o Experience developing and implementing communication strategies.
