Remote Lifeguard Interviewer

Our team is 99% remote (average of two days of the year in our Columbia, MD office) and operates mostly in our virtual interview process.
Schedules are flexible and easy to update with changing availability.
Applicants must have lifeguard experience and be passionate about their aquatics experience.
Responsibilities:
Conduct interviews for seasonal and year round Lifeguard candidates! Ensuring accuracy in interview record keeping through internal tracking means as well as our applicant tracking system Registering candidates for a variety of informational and preparation sessions.
Walking candidates through the full hiring process, including submitting and completing hiring documents, navigating the lifeguard training process, and finalizing their offer letter.
Managing our virtual interview process in Zoom and communicating with other team members on interview status.
Other ancillary staffing and recruiting tasks.
Requirements:
DMV based! We like our interviewers to know the geography we interview in and have knowledge of the areas our candidates live in Lifeguard experience.
Our interviewer team must know the job! Having a lifeguard background is a key part of connecting to our applicants and selling the job.
Available at least 15 hours a week.
Schedules are flexible and adaptable, however we prefer that candidates are available for at least 15 hours a week.
A spark for people! Our interview team is often the first experience candidates have with us! Our interviewers are engaging, social, and exude enthusiasm! Ability to get to Columbia, MD once or twice a year for a meeting and or all hands training sessions.
