Responsibilities We are seeking a motivated product quality SYSTEM ENGINEER to lead the planning, test development, data definition, and task execution for new and existing products within the National System for Geospatial-Intelligence (NSG)The candidate will need to write clear test plans to satisfy the test objectiveThey will lead a team of image scientists, image analysts, photogrammetrists, and statisticians to perform specific tasks, track issues, and clearly communicate status and results to multiple stakeholdersThe mission spans many data providers and sensor phenomenologies including electrical-optical, RADAR, LIDAR, OPIR, motion, multi- and hyper-spectralWe work to verify and validate product visual quality, as well as the accuracy of the support dataThe qualified candidate should have experience with test design to verify and validate products against requirements to meet planned concept of operationsThe ideal candidate will have image science or imagery analysis experience or knowledge ready to apply to the challenges of the groupGood written and verbal communication and team work is criticalQualifications Required Experience/Education:

o Must have a minimum of a Top Secret clearance and willing to upgrade clearance to TS/SCI and sit for and pass a polygraph within 30 days of employment or at customers request- Contract requires TS/SCI with poly.
Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in System Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Software Engineering, or a related Science or Engineering 6-12 years of system engineering experience, to include independent testing and data verification, requirements, and development of concept of operationsMinimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA Experience with sensor imaging systems, products, and exploitation processeso Strong written and oral communication skills, with emphasis on briefing to obtain decisions and solve technical issues and test plans/reports writing Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Willingness to learn, solve problems and perform in a dynamic work environmentPreferred Skillset:
