Responsibilities - Sales Consultant:
- Help customers purchase a vehicle
- Bring your A-game to work with you every day
- Greet customers and identify the vehicle that meets their needs
- Explain features and demonstrate vehicle operation on test drives
- Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals
- Present pricing, explain financing options, and complete paperwork
- Follow up with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
- Ensure every customer has a premium buying experience
- Prospect for new customers
Qualifications - Sales Consultant:
- Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred
- We welcome applications from individuals who are bilingual in English and any language spoken in India, Asia, or Arabic-speaking regions
- Previous Real Estate, Restaurant Waiter / Waitress, Hospitality, Retail Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service experience translates well in this position!
- Highline performance experience is a plus!
- An energetic and outgoing 'people person' who is motivated to succeed
- Good customer service, communication, and computer skills
- A positive, upbeat attitude and good work ethic
- Thrives in a fast-paced team environment
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
