Shrink Sleeve Label Sales Rep

Growing label company is looking to add two new sales reps. Must have experience and contacts in shrink sleeve labels. Company is based in Springfield, VA but candidate can live anywhere to sell.
Company specializes in shrink sleeve label for food, packaging, cosmetics, etc.
Primary Responsibilities
Determine what type of customer to call on, what type of product to sell and what profit margins are appropriate for current market conditions
Achieve sales and profit targets that are set
Provides customers with price quotations
Conducts communications via phone, email and door-to-door
Closes transactions and takes orders
Provides customer service to company clients
Responsible for increasing sales at current clients
Prepares presentations for sales calls
Find new clients and increase profit from sales
Forecasting and budgeting
Keep system updated with visits, calls, contact information, customer details, project statuses, etc.
Additional Responsibilities
Submit time and expense reports to management with weekly log of interactions with prospective and current clients
Investigates product/service warranty claims to ensure resolution within organization policies
Analyzes and interprets records of present and past sales, trends and costs, estimated and realized revenue, administrative commitments, and obligations incurred for management
Provide general office support as needed including answering phones, taking out the mail, filing, shredding etc.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
One to three years of experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in Tritons business sector
Minimum of High School Diploma plus some technical training
Strong communication skills
Ability to think quickly and be persuasive
Solid facility with current office technologies, including personal computers, office software, cell phones and/or PDAs
Effective at interpersonal relations, willing to be a team member and work extra hours as required
Working Conditions
Average Office environment, suburban
Extensive travel required to meet and sell to customers and supply customer service support
Requires use of, licensure for and ability to drive an automobile or take public transportation, stay in public facilities when required
Base salary plus commission (55-70 base)

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
