Lead Collection Manager / ISR Mission Manager

BAE Systems has an immediate opening for a Collection Manager/Mission Manager to work on the OCONUS deployment of a new multi-int sensor and exploitation system. Successful candidate will join a high tempo analytic team.
Collection Management responsibilities include designing platform and sensor collection plans from tasking, designing collection priorities and strategies for future missions, creating daily collection plans, providing pre-mission crew briefings, and updating target databases.
Mission Management responsibilities include ensuring completion of collection and tasking, executing collection operations, executing adhoc collection tasking, conducting quality assurance and control of intelligence products, ensuring intelligence production time-lines are met, and providing post mission crew de-briefings.
Required Skills and Education
Required education: High School/GED.
Proficient in utilizing basic intelligence applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development: DCGS-A, mIRC, FalconView, SOCET GXP, CIDNE, Google Earth, and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
1. Possess knowledge of Collection Management and ISR daily operations
2. Maintain an understanding of the Collection Requirement Management (CRM) process
3. Maintain an understanding of the Joint Collection Management Board (JCMB)
4. Maintain a working knowledge of various databases from which airborne ISR information is gathered in supporting daily CM operations
5. Generate flight plans and a sensor plan in Automated Collection Planning (ACP) software
6. Demonstrate the ability to import the PRISM target deck and manually add targets to the ACP
Preferred Skills and Education
Knowledge and familiarity of systems such as C2PC and experience with Intelligence Community Collection Management systems (for example, COLISEUM), mission applications, and communications capabilities within INTELINK, JWICS, and SIPRNET.
- Must have strong writing skills and be capable of effectively operating as a member of a team.
- Must have strong briefing skills and be capable of effective communication in the accomplishment of collection management reporting and requirements.
