Accounts Payable Representative (Junior)
We are looking for an enthusiastic team player to join our Accounting team. This positions offers an excellent opportunity to break into the accounting & finance career path and get your foot in the door to this fast paced and growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
o Process accounts payable
o Ensure all bills are entered and coded correctly
o Match PO's to sales orders and obtain managements approval
o Research outstanding items
o Research outstanding items
o Develop vendor relationships
o Vendor Setup
o Filing
o Process employee expense reports
o Assist with monthly card statement reconciliation
o Prepare Ad hoc reports
o Generate invoices for accounts receivable
Requirements
o Minimum 1-3 years of AP experience, preferably in a professional services environment.
o Must possess exceptional communication skills (both oral & written).
o Able to balance multiple tasks at one time, the ability to handle short deadlines, work well under pressure and prioritize multiple projects.
o Requires the flexibility to assume additional accounting related duties as necessary, and the ability to work successfully both individually and as a member of a team.
o MS Office, especially Word and Excel, SalesForce (Accounting Seed) a plus
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
