Kitchen Manager:
What will I do?Assist the Sous Chef in running the kitchen and managing employees, overseeing the operations in the absence of the Sous ChefFollow recipes and proper cooking techniques to ensure products are consistently prepared to showcase our high standards and giving our guests a meal they can?t find elsewhereEducate customers and employees on products and share knowledge to offer complete meal solutionsManage employee performance by providing resources, training, feedback and development opportunitiesRequired Qualifications2 or more years? experience as a line cookDemonstrated experience managing othersExperience working on multiple kitchen stationsPreferred QualificationsAssociates or Bachelor?s Degree in Culinary ArtsExperience working in an upscale restaurant, hotel, country club, conference center, and/or casino, etc.

All employee onboarding and training will begin in April 2020, and employees may be required to travel during this time to other Wegmans stores in Virginia.
Full Time applicants are required to have an open availability Sunday-Saturday, between the operating hours of 6am-12am, unless specified for a position/department.
Full Time employees work a minimum of 40 hours/week, in 8-hour intervals including evenings and weekends to meet business needs.
Weekend availability is required.
Opportunities are for year-round Employment.
Experience working as a Prep and/or Line Cook; Experience working in a multi-faceted food service facility, including restaurant, hotel, country club, conference center, casino, theme park, etc.
; Experience leading a team; Bachelors - Culinary Arts; Associates - Culinary Arts.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
