ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
The People Analytics Division houses a group of Workforce Analysts, IO Psychologists and Data Scientists who serve as a catalyst for data-driven decisions across NGA and the Human Development directorate. This includes support for recruitment, talent development, talent management, training, and strategic workforce planning. Workforce analysts are critical to supporting enterprise-wide human capital analytics for timely data-driven decisions. Candidates should be dynamic, data savvy professionals, who thrive in a data-driven environment and apply analytic rigor to each project/task. Accordingly, on a day-to-day basis, duties for this position can include a combination of human capital data analysis, data modeling, scripting, predictive analytics, conveyance of analytic judgment and developing clear visualizations to aid decision-making and effectively support the mission. Workforce Analysts interact regularly with personnel at all levels. Strong interpersonal skills; tact and diplomacy are keys to success. Attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work multiple tasks simultaneously are required. Ability to foster communication, customer service, and teamwork is a must. You will also have the opportunity to work on agency-level products and participate in Intelligence Community forums with other People Analytics teams across the enterprise. For this particular job, applicants must meet all competencies reflected under the Mandatory Qualification Criteria to include education (if required). Demonstrated ability to independently apply quantitative and qualitative data analysis and advanced analytic techniques to analyze issues, address key business questions, identify problems and formulate data driven solutions. 2. Demonstrated ability to apply advanced analytic capabilities to derive insights from a combination of unstructured, semi-structured, and structured data. 3. Knowledge of human capital policies and programs and understanding of the importance to protect personally identifiable information. 4. Proven ability to effectively consult and communicate complex information in writing and verbally, to technical and non-technical audiences at all hierarchical levels. 5. Proven ability to multi-task a variety of incongruent tasks and effectively perform in a constantly changing environment. EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
A. Education:
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Human Resources Management, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Information Systems, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Operations Research, or a related field. -OR- B. Combination of Education and
Experience:
A minimum of 24 semester (36 quarter) hours of coursework in any area listed in option A, plus experience in analyzing and interpreting qualitative and quantitative data and trends, or a related area that demonstrates the ability to successfully perform the duties associated with this work. As a rule, every 30 semester (45 quarter) hours of coursework is equivalent to one year of experience. Candidates should show their combination of education and experience totals 4 years. -OR- C.
Experience:
A minimum of 4 years of experience in analyzing and interpreting qualitative and quantitative data and trends, or a related area that demonstrates the ability to successfully perform the duties associated with this work.DESIRABLE QUALIFICATION CRITERIA:
In addition to the mandatory qualifications, experience in the following is desired:
1. Demonstrated ability to use statistical/data analytical software (R, SQL Server Management Studio, Cognos, Tableau and/or Python) to forecast/predict human capital areas of interest (Turnover/Retention, Performance, Promotion, etc.) 2. Demonstrated expertise in data analytics and algorithm development supporting the integration of data into analytic products and/or self-service data views. 3. Master's Degree in business analytics, decision analytics, statistics, psychology, data science, computational social science or other related program.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
