Systems Integrator TS/SCI with Poly

Assist project managers or senior management in all aspects of project scheduling including the creation, update, and maintenance of project and proposal schedules on designated projects.
Work closely with the Project Manager, Installation Managers, RackFab team, and other schedulers to ensure successful completion of projects within the applicable schedule and contractual requirements.
Gathers, analyzes, and composes technical information.
Updates project status within ServiceNowConducts research and ensures the use of proper technical terminology.
Translates technical information into clear, readable documents and presentations to be used by technical and non-technical personnel.
Responsible for integrating the graphics and information generated from meetings and facilitation sessions, using automated tools, and research methods into final deliverable documents.
Manages schedule via interaction with project team members.
Working with the project team, sequences project activities to ensure that project progress is on schedule.
Analyzes schedules for potential impacts and advises Project Manager of potential problems, works interference or schedule difficulties and assist in the resolution.
Composes all communication and reports as assigned.
The employee can make independent decisions that deal with the daily schedule and work to be accomplished.
Issues requiring monetary approval have to go up the reporting chain.
The employee is not involved with compensation decisions or termination of employees.
Outside of the project framework the employee does not have approving authority for major monetary decisions.
Supports the PM in resource leveling planning and analysis.
Coordinates project schedules, including participation in meetings; documentation and distribution of minutes and action items; and tracking action items for successful completion.
Conducts research and ensures the use of proper technical terminology.
Facilitates meetings and information sessions.
Provides documentation, requirements, and information updates.
Manages and updates the master schedule.
Ensures coordination and information flow occurs between all programs and organizational managers.

Physical requirements:
Employees may experience extended periods of standing, walking, climbing, bending, crouching, and lifting light to very heavy objects and equipment.
Use of ladders or scaffolding may be required with the use of required safety equipment.

Work Environment:
Depending on assignment, the work environment varies from an office environment to working in an environment that may include exposure to drafts, noise, dust, grease, dirt, and standing water as well as temperature extremes and inclement weather.

Attendance:
Attendance is critical at all times.
Must be able to work a 40-hour workweek, normally Monday through Friday.
However, times and days may vary depending on business requirements.
Needs to be available to work overtime during critical peaks and be available to meet last minute requests for overtime should the situation occur.

This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
